Enyo with blasters is the most fun pve ship. Unfortunately it only has 2 mid slots, so a bit useless for pvp (mwd/web /scram don't all fit). Hawk/jaguar are probably the best for pvp but that is debateable.

Rogue drones don't have any bounties. The reward comes in alloys, which refine to nice amounts of minerals. Rest assured, it takes more time looting than it does mining for the same amount of mins, considering you have to kill them first.
